A Merry Story Hour!
For our lovely story hour kids, we have been overjoyed to serve these past year reading stories rain or shine to our little ones at the Pohnpei Public Library. We are always happy to see them enjoy the stories and find new friends with us. This year we have had the joy of welcoming new staff members and a volunteer coming over from all the way in Australia. We are blessed and grateful for the great changes as well as the challenges that we have faced that have brought us together even closer with the spirit of unity and friendship.
For our final story hour of 2024, we are farewelling our little minions with gift bags and fun fun fun! Reading for our little munchkins are Jordan Ligorio (reading A Day with the Librarians) followed by Erik Billen (reading Santa’s Favorite Story); never breaking the ritual of reading we are sharing for the final time this year what the library is here for and the spirit Christmas.
