The Pohnpei Public Library is Being spruced up!
We can never tire from praising our brothers and sisters from the USA for making the Friends of the Pohnpei Public Library a better place for the people of the community. We are always excited to see them strolling through the smooth gates to help the Library get into tip top shape for all our patrons.
Breadfruit branch cuttings were cleared away...
A whole new fence entry for the bookmobile being installed...
The hut was repainted after the flooring was stabilized and repaired...
Some excellent electrical work was done and we now have increased visibility and security at night.
And would you believe it, ALL IN A DAY!
The US Marines have done such an amazing work at the library today, ticking off multiple projects and coordinating with the staff to complete each one perfectly. Once again, the Board of the Friends of the Pohnpei Public Library is very pleased with the kind gestures witnessed here today and would like to express how thankful they are to the Koa Moana 25! The staff are also very appreciative of being surrounded by good looking people doing good looking things.
