Eighth-Grade TSP Students Explore Pohnpei Public Library

Today, Pohnpei Public Library was pleased to welcome two elementary school groups for an educational visit to the library as part of the TSP (Students Talent Show Program). The visiting students were eighth graders from ESDM Elementary School and Sapwalap Elementary School.

During their visit, students were introduced to the library’s resources, learned about the importance of reading and research, and explored the role libraries play in supporting learning and lifelong education. The visit also provided an opportunity for students to become familiar with library rules, services, and the wide variety of books available to them.

Pohnpei Public Library is always happy to host school visits and support students as they develop a love for reading and knowledge. We thank the teachers and students from ESDM and Sapwalap for visiting and look forward to welcoming them again in the future.
