A Heartfelt Donation to the Pohnpei Public Library

On January 8th, 2026, we had the privilege of welcoming a very kind and generous visitor to the Friends of the Pohnpei Public Library. Sandra Mut-Tracy graciously donated two incredible books to our library's collection: A Calamity of Souls by David Baldacci and Code of Arms by Jack Later. These titles are sure to captivate our readers, and we are deeply grateful for Sandra's thoughtful contribution.

During her visit, Sandra was warmly received by Mrs. Trueleen J. Albert, the Head Librarian of the Pohnpei Public Library. The two shared a heartfelt conversation, exchanging stories and experiences that created an atmosphere of connection and warmth. It’s these personal moments that make the spirit of giving and sharing so powerful. As a library, we are not just a space for books; we’re a community, a place where friendships are formed, ideas are exchanged, and lives are touched.

The act of donating books is more than just giving a material gift; it's about sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and helping our library continue to grow. Thanks to Sandra's generosity, we can offer even more options to our patrons, whether they’re looking for a thrilling mystery, a deep dive into human emotions, or an exploration of gripping political intrigue.

The Friends of the Pohnpei Public Library would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Sandra for her donation and her support. It’s wonderful people like her who help keep the spirit of our library alive. Every book donated is a step toward building a richer, more diverse collection that can serve the needs of our community.

We truly appreciate your kindness, Sandra, and we look forward to seeing you again. Remember, the Pohnpei Public Library is always here for everyone, growing one book at a time!

With gratitude,
The Friends of the Pohnpei Public Library
